How to I repair my AI,PSD,PP file after Recover from Format

Hello Dear,My name Is Safin Alvi,i Use adobe software from 2016.Now i face a big problem,unfortunately lasts 1 mount ago i format my disk and i loss 124gb Ai,PSD,and PP file,then I use recovery software for back my life impotent file,The happy news is i back my all file but very sad news is i can not open my Ai,PSD,and PP file,when i open it the software show "The file in an unknown format and can not be open.So please tell me how do i now??it's my very important file.For the kind information i use Adobe CC 2017.    Thank You.

Recovered files are often damaged. The bigger the file, the more likely it is to be damaged. You need to use your backups.
