How to in install Pantone Connect_1.0.6.zxp file

 

I have trouble with installing the Pantone Connect_1.0.6.zxp file. I download the file and  Anastasiy’s Extension Manager from the official adobe website (HERE: https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud/install-instructions.103029.html#) . But when I install it, it shows: The Extension's license is damaged (error code 602). Please contact its creators for the assistance. 

 

Anyone know what happens? or these plugin are not allowed to use in China?
