How to increase number of licences in 'Creative Cloud All Apps' subscription plan

We are subscribed for 'Creative Cloud All Apps' Annual plan, paid monthly with 1 licence included. How can I add another licence into this plan so the Adobe CC can be used on 2 computers at the same time?

Standard CC subscription allows only for one subscription of a specific type per id. The workaround would be creating a second id and attributing a second subscription to that id.

Are these two computers, belonging to one person, and used only by that person, but not both at the same time. (Like your desktop and your own laptop)? Or is this for a second person (colleague, staff, friend, family member)?
