I need some kind of real support as my Acrobat XI Pro installation disc won't work with my new Airbook. Li'l help?

    Download the installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

    Install then enter your serial number when prompted.

    How did you purchase the software? Where from?

    When you do locate the correct serial number, store it somewhere safe. It cost you money and you'll need it for all future re-installations of the software.
