How to install adobe photoshop lightroom after you reinstall your system and install the same product on a second computer?

1) I have Previously purchased Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, it was installed on the PC. This computer was reinstall the operating system. How do I re-install on the same computer the above product? Product number through the personal settings I have found. 2) How do I install this same product on a second computer?

Do you have stand alone version of Photoshop Lightroom? or you are talking about the creative cloud photography plan registered to your account?

Yes, I mean re-installing adobe photoshop lightroom on your computer. Because computer broke down and reinstalled Windows and removed all programs. And now I need to re-install adobe photoshop lightroom. Only in the conditions it was stated that it goes to 2 computers. Creative Cloud will download, thanks for the link!
