I have ab Adobe Creative Cloud account on my Windows laptop.  I just bought an iMac desktop.  Do I need to cancel my other app and download new or can I just transfer?  I do not want or need both?

Hi Thomasc12115023,

As you have mentioned that you wanted to install Creative Cloud on the second machine and I hope you have already tried the suggestions provided by John and Ned. If you are still getting "Buy Now" button, I would request you to make sure that you are signed in with the correct Adobe ID, I have checked the details of your account in our tools and it still shows inactive.

I would also recommend trying the steps mentioned on this link: -Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications to resolve any type of connectivity issues.

Please feel free to update this discussion in case you need further assistance, we would be happy to help.

Thanks.

Transferring anything from one machine to another with respect to Adobe products will not work - things need to be installed like new.  You can install on as many machines as you like.  Of all those machines you can only have two signed in for use.  Of those two machines you can only be using the subscription on one at a time.

I went into my account and downloaded but it's saying that Ps is a 7-day trial with a "Buy Now" button.
