I have a CC subscription through the design studio where I am currently hired on a freelance basis. I need to download InDesign CS 5.5 for an outside project. I download the dmg installer but I keep getting an error message that I must eject the dmg. Help! I need to get this job in 5.5 done by end of this weekend! Thanks for your help ~Julie

So, upon googling the error message, as kglad suggested, I came upon this:

Problem was with mt lion, I had to wipe the drive, load snow leopard, Load cs5.5, then reload mt lion. Adobe was zero help.

    From here? Download CS5.5 products

What is the full name of the file you downloaded?

    Should be MasterCollection_CS5_5_LS1.dmg

Hi John, Yes, that is exactly the installer I downloaded. On my computer, I am subscribed to Creative Cloud through my main job, all their files are done in CC. So when I tried to download 5.5 to my computer, I could understand that there might be a possible conflict. I signed out of my employer's Adobe account and created my own individual account. I still have the little CC icon up in the top right of my screen, even though I signed out of that account. But what is confounding me is that even on my partner's laptop, where there is no connection to Adobe, and the OS is supposedly compatible with 5.5, and there is no firewall or any security obstacle, I still can't get the installer to open.

Hi kglad, while I appreciate your response, it doesn't really apply to my issue. When the dmg is opened, I get this:

Then, when I click on Adobe CS5_5 Master Collection, I get this:
Then, when I click on Install, I get this:

There is no application to drag into Applications folder.
Have you ever seen this before, and do you know how to make it work? I have now attempted to download Adobe CS 5.5 a total of six times, wasting several hours of precious time that I should have been working on a project I was hired to do.
    Thank you for your time!
    ~Julie
