How to install CS4 on a new computer if I didn't deactivate it on a broken computer?

My CS4 premium was installed in my computer that was suddenly became malfunction ! The CS4 licence was therefore held up cause I didn't have a chance to deactivate it. How can I install it on my new computer?

    Thanks....where can I find their no. (hong kong)? it's so difficult to dig it out from the web site...i guess it's their plan.

    I found HK office no. : 29162100...but nobody picking up the phone..probably after 6pm now .
