You cannot install any desktop software of your choosing on iPad Air - only apps specifically written for the iOS operating system and available via the Apple App Store.

Adobe desktop products - including Elements 11 - require the Mac OS X desktop operating system (e.g Mavericks etc). The iPad Air runs the Apple iOS mobile operating system. Software designed for OS X will not run on iOS and vice versa.

The only way to download and install software on the iPad is via the Apple App Store. That's an Apple restriction so they can control your iPad environment and get their cut of App Store sales.

Adobe mobile apps, including Photoshop Touch and Photoshop Express, for various mobile platform including iOS and Android are listed here

    http://www.adobe.com/products/catalog/mobile._sl_id-contentfilter_sl_catalog_sl_mobiledevices.html

That's the only Adobe software available for mobile devices, including iPad, so far. Lightroom Mobile is coming soon but it's not ready yet.

P.S. You can run Chrome on the iPad but, again you must download it from the App Store

There's no Firefox for the iPad to my knowledge

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com
