How to install elements 13 with my creative cloud membership

Hi, I have creative cloud membership. Can I download elements 13 using this membership? I am using illustrator, and in design and that has been a big learning curve.  I don't want to download the entire photoshop cc, just yet. I don't want to go through another whole learning curve just yet. I did purchase (previously) and am using elements 9 , I wish to use the latest version, being elements 13. When I tried to download this, it came through as a trial version. Please advise if I may download elements 13  at no extra charge using my creative cloud membership, or do I have to pay extra?   Elements are not part of Creative Cloud subscription, hence it is not possible to download or activate Elements from Creative Cloud. if you wish to access you may have to purchase the license separately.

Creative Cloud members have access to full Photoshop but not Photoshop Elements.

If you want to use Photoshop Elements, you can either re-install your PSE9 or pay to upgrade to PSE13.
