How to install software without dvd.

Question

I purchased the adobe Photoshop elements 12 & adobe premiere elements 12 bundle in addition with my new laptop. I was unaware that my laptop did not have a DVR/DVD drive installed. I would like to know if I can download the software from the internet and then provide the serial numbers for proof of purchase.
