how to keep catalog, collection etc. structures when reinstallation of Lightroom 11

When youn have to upgrade from Windows 7 to windows 8 in 64 bits, it seams that you have to reintalal all your programs. My concern is how to transform it to the new installed lightroom.

Could you verify the product name and version? Latest version of Lightroom is 4. So, is it Lightroom 4 or Photoshop Elements 11 that you have issues with?
