The question you should be asking is not how to keep it running, but WHY would you want to?

Mojave is unsupported legacyware that’s 7 versions removed from Apple’s current macOS.

    1. macOS 26 Tahoe (Sept 2025)
    2. macOS 15 Sequoia (Sept 2024)
    3. macOS 14 Sonoma (Sept 2023)
    4. macOS 13 Ventura (Oct 2022)
    5. macOS 12 Monterey (Oct 2021)
    6. macOS 11 Big Sur (Nov 2020)
    7. macOS 10.15 Catalina (Oct 2019)
    8. macOS 10.14 Mojave (Sept 2018)

For Mac users, CS6 isn’t worth the cardboard box it came in. Apple rendered it obsolete in 2019.

Even if you manage to install CS6 on a legacy computer with the Terminal workaround, there’s no guarantee you’ll succeed in connecting to Adobe’s activation servers. Technology has changed too much in 14 years.

    Best of luck.

    >migrated my cs6

As far as I know migrating does not work well, you must do a fresh install and enter your serial number during the install

In addition to the info provided by @Jeff_A_Wright, the latest system where CS6 can operate reliably is macOS 10.12 Sierra (according to user accounts).

    Thank you for posting, Mike!

I appreciate your long-term use of Creative Suite 6. Did you receive any specific error messages while installing on the new computer? Is the computer using an Intel processor, Mike? If not, then it will not function on Apple's new processors.
