How to know which device is which (MANAGING DEVICES)

So I have a new PC Tower.  I need to migrate thigns over to it.

I know I can be logged in on Adobe Creative Cloud on two devices at  a time.

But I have no idea which device to deactivate.

Any idea how to tell what is what?

    So... who ever you are.  Thank you!  That solved things.  It turns out my MobileStudio Pro was activated twice.  Annoying.  So, I was able to fix things!  THANKS!
