How to launch Photoshop 2020 without Internet

Hello,

I have deploy Photoshop 2020 on a server Citrix Xenapp, but after install and deployement, every launch ask me to connect (sign in pop-up)... but this server do not have access to internet...

How to disable this pop-up please ?
