How to open documents

I need to open a document and is asking for a password or pin...how do i do this

Is it the operating system asking for a password and not the document?

1 - ask the document owner for the password

2 - When you post a question you always need to tell the program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
