How to quite adobe reader after downloading the free software

my downloaded pdfs now have the adobe screen page showing around it. downloaded the free software earlier to read a proof flyer but I dont intend to subscribe to the software. Can you assist how I may quit it?

Since Reader is free you did not subscribe to anything, you installed a standalone program

So use your operating system to UN-install
