How to re-install programs Photoshop & Elements 13?

Hi guys,  I have been using Photoshop & Elements 13 (teacher and student version) on my PC for the past year or so, with no problems.  I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to W 10 and unfortunately had a major problem resulting in my PC having to be wiped and re installed. I lost all of my installed programs with this.  Went into the Adobe store (logged into my account) and tried to download again my 2 programs, however while my account recognises my purchased programs, there does no appear to be anyway of re-installing them from there?  How can I get my programs back pls?

    Thanks John,

tried that, and got straight into the files per John's reply. Good start, however when I downloaded what was tagged as 'Elements 13' actually opened as Elements 14.  I then proceeded through with the installation until I was required to enter my code, which I duly did, however as expected it came up with a message 'that code is not valid with Elements 14".  then went back into my account at Adobe, tried downloading from my order etc, but was only given the option to download the program related to Window 7 & 8, not sure if this will work with W10? so didn't try it.   then tried Adobe Support, only to be told (for the second time in 2 days, that the 'Live Chat' is available 24/7, but is not available at this time!

This is starting to get very frustrating and I would have expected better support from Adobe.

    Hi garrym94097904,

I'm sorry this experience has been so frustrating.

The latest versions of Elements 13 are compatible with Windows 10: Windows 10 compatibility statement and FAQ

Are you able to download the programs from here? Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

    Best,
