How to recover password when email is deactivated and phone number changed

John, I'm sorry you can't access the account you used in college. Did they also manage the CC membership? You should contact your college to see if they can activate your account long enough for you to complete the recovery and change the e-mail process.

you can try contacting adobe support, but you have a mess.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
