How to reinstall CC after upgrading with clean install on mac

I will do a clean install on my Mac to upgrade the OS. What do I have to do before and after to have CC working properly once I've upgraded the OS?

Before... sign out of your account to release your activation

    Thank you. So there's no need to 'uninstall' apps before, just sign out to deactivate. And after the clean install of the mac OS, just download/install CC as if it's a new computer, to activate.
