how to reinstall cs6 if i lost my installation disk but still have my serial number

I was told to reinstall my operating system in my imac to optimize it and REALLY so CS6 will run smoother, BUT when I reinstall the OS all of my apps will be erased. Time Machine will take care of most of that but not ADobe CS6 . So how do I reinstall if I lost my installation disk??
