How to reinstall CS6 on 2 Mac computers

I need to reinstall my Adobe Photoshop CS6 MAC OS onto both my laptop (that crashed and is rebuilt with new Hard drive and RAM) and my new 27" Apple with Retna display desktop computer.  I don't know where to start.

    That would be the same way you installed the first time... put the install disc in the drive and follow the onscreen instructions

    There is no cd port on my new Apple desktop computer. I cannot find how to actually download my own CS6 through online using my own serial licensing numbers...
