How to reinstall my Photoshop CS5

My email address is rwolfeld@optonline.net  I have been using Adobe CS5 for a few years.  About a week ago, my computer crashed.  I was able to revive it by bringing it back to its original state at the time I purchased it a few years ago.  It was a challenging job but I was able to bring it back to life and reinstll many of my programs.  I tried to reinstall Adobe CS5 but was unable to do so.  In bringing it back, it was necessary for me to enter the Serial Number.  HOWEVER, the serial number does not work and I have not been able to reinstll my Photoshop CS5.  Please, how do I proceed?   Mesones78

First you should make sure that the number you used is the correct serial number for the product.

    To locate the serial number:

If you are certain that the serial number is correct then you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

    Hello:

The serial number that I entered was one that I entered twice, SOLELY because I did not know whether the first one went through.

As I indicated before, my computer had crashed and I needed to go through the process of bringing the computer back to its original state.

I would like to have a fresh disk (or a download of the disk) with a fresh serial number so that I could bring back my Photoshop CS5 and continue to use it.

Please be aware that I have a number of Adobe products that I have acquired over time including prior versions of photoshop, Elements and Light Room.

Hopefully this information will allow you to help me reinstall my Photoshop CS5.

It also would help if you could let me have either a telephone number to call or a chat conversation.
