How to reinstall photoshop after a computer reset (need codes?)

I purchased the full version of Photoshop a few years ago and had to use an online code to download the program. This week, my computer was reset due to a screen issue and I need to reinstall Photoshop. I was told that I could contact Photoshop and it would be an "easy, routine" process. I seem to hit a wall.

    - includes a link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

    - when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer

to recover a serial number that you once had, try one of the following:

    1. Check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe), https://accounts.adobe.com

    2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer, (win:) http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html, (mac:)  https://mac-product-key-finder.com/

    3. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html
