How to remove update notifications I don't want?

I run Adobe CC on a Mac for my work. Because of my workflow and additional tools I am forced to keep on using the previous version of InDesign for a few months still. It is really very annoying to see a notification for an update of InDesign all the time...

Can I tell Adobe Creative Cloud to NOT nag me about that update all the time??? I know it is there! But I don't want it yet! 

Highly annoying. There really should be an option to surpress updates you aren't interested in...
