How to run creative cloud install from windows command line

I frequently reinstall computers. License from adobe is ok for this. But I want to run the complete install in silent mode. It can be done if you are enterprise buyer. How can this be done for a single user license?

Up to my knowledge, you can't create a package for the installer if you do not have access to a teams or enterprise license.

I was not aiming for how to create a package, although I know that is the path using teams and enterprise license.

I was asking for how to automate it using the normal installer.
