    Hi Maggieleung,

    As you have mentioned that there are a couple of programs which are not installing in Traditional Chinese, could you please share the name of the application with which you have encountered this issue along with the OS version that you are using?

    Please share if you have tried all the solutions step by step from this link: - Change the language setting of your Creative Cloud apps and update this discussion with the results.
