How to switch from prepaid Photography to full CC plan

I currently have the Photography Plan, prepaid through to 2022.  I now want to do more by way of video editing and wish to upgrade to the full CC suite. I looked at my account and couldn't find an option to 'manage plan', only to cancel.

I therefore spoke to Customer Services via online chat.  This was unfortunately an entirely unproductive two hour long ordeal, with multiple confusing replies from the agent and their supervisor - neither of them being able to resolve the issue.

Ultimately from what they've said Adobe don't seem willing to offer any credit against that existing plan and instead could only suggest I additionally subscribe to the full suite.

Surely that can't be the case?  I would have thought they would want customers to upgrade their plan - I'm clearly not willing to pay twice for Lightroom/Photoshop in both plans!

I'm delighted to report the Twitter team (in particular Scott V) were absolutely superb and solved my issue.  It was like night and day compared to online chat - really pleased to have this all resolved.

The only link I have (see below) is for a "regular" subscription, not one that is pre-paid for 4 years

Upgrade single to all Cloud https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/upgrade-change-plan.html

I have NO idea how you would do what you want, with credit for your 4 pre-paid years

Hi John - yes, that's the link I found too. Now in conversation with the Adobe Twitter team who on the face of it seem to understand the (fairly simple!) issue better - will update if I get a resolution via them.

I'm delighted to report the Twitter team (in particular Scott V) were absolutely superb and solved my issue.  It was like night and day compared to online chat - really pleased to have this all resolved.
