How to Transfer Audition CS5.5 to My New Mac

I have Adobe Audition CS5.5 on my previous Mac. Now need to transfer it to my new Mac.

Please follow the steps below.

Deactivate the software from the old computer. For information refer Learn to activate or deactivate Adobe apps.
Install the software in the new computer.

If it is Creative Cloud please refer Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps
If it is any other product please refer Other downloads
