How to transfer CC apps to new computer

Hello,

I have a paid license for CC, purchased about 2 weeks ago. It was working fine on my old Macbook. I just bought a new Macbook Pro and I want to transfer the license. I signed out of Adobe on the old computer, and signed in on the new one. I followed the instructions for downloading the CC desktop installer. The installer icon is on my desktop. I double clicked to install it, entered my admin account info but nothing happens. I checked my Applications folder .. nothing from Adobe there. I also tried logging in to the Admin account, but nothing there either.  What to do?

Finally got it to work. I had to download an uninstaller from Adobe. After

I ran the uninstaller and downloaded it again, it started to work. Thanks

    for your help.

There is no password prompt. Nothing happens when I double click on the CC Installer on my desktop.

suspend av if you have any running.

if that fails, redownload the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

Really weird. I disabled av, turned off the firewall, restarted and

still nothing. I have re-downloaded the desktop app about 10 times now.

When I double click on it, nothing happens.

after double clicking the dmg file, the password prompt is your mac's password (not adobe's).
