How to transfer Creative Cloud subscription to a new drive

Ikswolbers, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/change-install-location.html for information on how to customize the install location for any newly installed Adobe apps through the Creative Cloud desktop app.  

You will need to also use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html to remove any currently installed applications from the external drive.  

It is impossible to copy the applications from one drive to another; instead, the download and install process must be completed for each application you wish to have installed in the new location.

Uninstall from the external drive and reinstall the CC app on the internal drive.

Install the apps from the CC app.
