I downloaded the free trial onto my iPhone, I would much rather use it on my laptop. How do I transfer the free trial to my laptop instead?

Correct answer Nancy OShea

iPhone apps are separate from Desktop apps.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 23H2, 22H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura).

Hi @Clementine13,

Were you able to get the issue resolved? The Creative Cloud apps differ for mobile and desktop. However, you can use the same email address associated with the subscription.

Please follow the advice shared by the experts above and sign in to your Creative Cloud desktop applications on your computer.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
