Adobe applications do not transfer between machines... they need to be installed.

A PC version will not run on a Mac, although you could try using a Windows emulator with the Mac and see if that works.

If it is CS5.5 or earlier there is nothing that can be done as far as getting a Mac version except to find someone selling one and getting it that way.

If you own CS6 you can request a platform swap.  Exchange a product for a different language or platform version

If you are asking about a Creative Cloud version then your subscription supports having both Windows and Mac installations with the same license.  In this case you just install the desktop manager on the Mac and get the application(s) thru that.  Use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services, download apps, share files, find fonts, and m…

So, which version: CC, CS6, CS5 or earlier?
