How to Uninstall Creative Cloud

Somehow Creative Cloud got installed in my Applications folder on my Macbook Pro. I do use Photoshop Elements 2020. I do not want to use Creative Cloud; I do not want a free trial, but the uninstaller says it can't uninstall Creative Cloud because other apps require it. Can anyone help me to get rid of it?

@Shivangi_Gupta

Does uninstalling the Cloud Desktop App affect using Photoshop Elements 2020?

There is nothing official from Adobe explaining that the Cloud Desktop app is required to correctly install Photoshop Elements but it seems to be a mandatory step these days.

Hey John,

Thanks for raising this question. Ideally, uninstalling Creative Cloud desktop application should not have any impact on the any of the Elements apps(Premiere or Photoshop). However if this is creating trouble for any of the users, this is worth discussing.

I'll ask this question from our experts in the Elements team and update this thread soon.

Please stand by!

You could try removing the Cloud Desktop app from the startup apps so it does not nag you
