How to unsubscribe from the subscription

Good afternoon. I signed up for Lightroom CC by mistake. Could you explain to me how I can cancel the program ? Support is not responding. Subscription does not cancel. The money is withdrawn. There is no unsubscribe command in your account. How to be in this case? where to apply?

You don't get it there is no unsubscribe option in the designated area. So the information is false.
