How to Update Lightroom (non-Creative Cloud)

Last year, I purchased Lightroom 5 and have a serial number -- I don't have any Creative Cloud plan.

When I look for updates, Lightroom tells me there is an update available.  I'm currently at version 5.6 (build 974614) and not sure what the new version is.  The "Download" link on the dialog box that tells me there's an update simply takes me to a Creative Cloud Lightroom page:  http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom.html

I have searched the Adobe web site, looked under my account settings, and searched the forums, and cannot figure out how I can update Lightroom without purchasing a Creative Cloud plan. When I bought this product, I thought I'd have updates for the life of this version of Lightroom (5).  That's how my previous purchase of Lightroom 4 worked.

Does anyone have any idea how I can update Lightroom without Creative Cloud?  Thanks!

(I also can't find any way to contact support either!  These forums were the only option.)

Thanks!  That's very helpful!  I'll bookmark that (and hopefully they won't change the URL soon!)

I cannot download either, very unimpressed with this.

CC update manager just gives me an empty dialog box and freezes
