How to use m y2nd license, which is on my broken laptop

Hej Guys,

my laptop crashed but there was an old CS3 License on it. I bought the CD with two licenses long time ago, one is on my new Laptop, but how can I use the second on my broken Laptop? Because I now have an additional Mac, but I don´t know if I can install CS3 there, without loosing my license on my new Laptop.

You know what I mean? Is it possible to delete the programms from my old (broken) Laptop, without starting it?

When you have a non-functioning computer and can't deactivate a serial number
