How to use serial code

Question

Hi, So I bought the Creative Suite 6 Master Collection and I have got my serial code. (I bought the one for students)However, I can't seem to find where to download the applications. From research that I have done, I read that I am supposed to have the 'correct link' and the correct serial code and I am not sure where I can find the 'correct link'. Also when I downloaded adobe photoshop cs6 or the cs6 master collection application (looks like disks) and I open the application and enter my serial code, they tell me that the code is invalid. Please help me, I have been trying to use the serial code for the past 4 hours trying to figure this problem
