Habe mir einen neuen, verbesserten PC gekauft, da von meinem gekauften Abo LR und PS auf meine alten PC nor LR gelaufen ist. Für PS waten die Recourcen nicht ausreichend. Wollte das Abo dann auf meinem neuen PC aktivieren, bekam aber die Fehlermeldung "Dieser Code wurde bereits eingelöst".... Habe gerade mit der Servicenummer von Adobe, die mior mein Händler genennt hatte (+49 69500 718 55) 45 Minuten (!!) gesprochen umd dann die Empfelung zu nekommen mich an die Commuity zu wenden, da mir nicht geholfen werden konnte. Wie hr euch vorstellen könnt, war das nach einem Gepräch mit einer offiziellen Servicenummer von Adobe wenig zufriedenstellend. Das Abo lief ab 11/2024 und ist für ein Jahr bezahlt. Ich habe den Promp Code an niemanden weiter gegeben und nur auf einen, meinen alten PC aktiviert. Bei der Servicenummer wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Abo in meinem Adobe Account nicht zu finden sei.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Peter, Kglad is correct you only need to redeem the code once to activate the subscription. You do need to make sure to log in under the account that has the active membership for Lightroom and Photoshop. I see no recent or active memberships under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. you can only redeem a code once.  then you gave a subscription.

 

you can install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud on as many computers as you own and use it to install all (or some, if you want) of your cc subscription programs. the only (insignificant for internet connected computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers at any one time.  

 

because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier.
