I accidentally deleted my CC applications in an attempt to uninstall

-I have a Macbook Pro with Mac OS X

-I am also on the student version of the Creative Suit

I accidentally deleted the main applications necessary to the proper functions of Adobe Creative Cloud in an attempt to uninstall it. Recently I have tried to re-download the creative cloud application, however none of those applications have showed up. I read some of the forums, but all of the forums say to uninstall creative cloud and use CC Cleaner before reinstalling, but I do not even have the uninstall application or CC Cleaner. I keep getting charged the $20 a month because I did not properly cancel my plan, which would be fine if I could properly have the application. The only option I can think of is to cancel the plan altogether and reinstate it, but that would mean getting charged over $80 for the cancellation fee. I just need to know how to properly have the Adobe Creative Cloud again.
