I accidentally purchased Premiere Elements for my new PC in a Mac OS, Windows, Apple iOS format. Is there any way to load this onto my PC?

Premiere Elements is sold for Windows and/or Mac desktops. Not iOS which is Apple's mobile operating system for iPhones.

If you bought the boxed disc version then you have both.

If you bought via download then exchange it via the link provided above.

Which is it... Mac or Windows? If Mac you may NOT install on Windows
