I added a product key but it disappeared and now I can't input it again. HOW DO I CONTACT SUPPORT!!!

I input my product key the redeem code box on my account. it worked for just a second and said I would be covered until 2021. So I went back to photoshop and it said hey you haven't paid yet. so I went back and for some reason, it went back to 2020 and when I try to add the code again it just says its already been redeemed. I would like to contact support but i CANT FIND ANYTHING USEFULL LIKE AN EMAIL ADRES!! Seriously frustrated..

There is no email support. You can use CHAT (tip: type AGENT when you are bored of the Robot).

Of course, a redemption code can be redeemed only once. If this was a subscription, you need to check you were logged in to the web with the right Adobe ID - otherwise you may have gifted your year to someone else...
