I recently purchased Elements 10 and photoshop when I try to install photoshop I get an error message It says ERROR opening instalation log file. Verify that specific file location exist and and is writable. I am not a computer wiz, I just bought a new computer and running window 7 I am used to XP never had problems with installing new programs in XP
