Hello, I am trying to install Adobe Premiere, but it said I don't have enough space. I already moved the fies on 'preferences' to an external Hard drive with 2 TB of space available, but it says the same thing. I already installed After Effects in that external Hard drive so I don't see the problem. Can someone help me?

Note: I installed After Effects from the website (Since it was my first app) and I'm trying to install Adobe from the Creative Cloud App.

OK, Voguey, please increase the amount of free space on the drive containing the operating system.  At a minimum, you should always be reserving the amount of installed RAM as free on the OS partition drive.  I would also recommend keeping at least 10 gigabytes above that to allow for temporary files that may be utilized by any resource intensive applications such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects CC.

Even Adobe CC applications that support custom installations will still need temporary space on the primary OS drive/partition to complete the download and install process.  Also, shared resources are often stored on the primary OS drive/partition, so that they can be used by multiple Adobe applications.

Voguey, you can find a complete list of system requirements for Creative Cloud applications at Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements .  If you are unable to increase the amount of free space on the primary OS drive/partition then you will need to use a different computer to install After Effects CC.

Voguey, what version of Adobe Premiere are you attempting to install?  On which operating system are you installing on?  Finally, how much free space is currently available on the drive containing the operating system?
