I already paid Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition but could only download the trials to my computer. Now, they're expired, and I want to use the full version I already pay for 2 months. But in my online account, there are still only the trials available. The student account is licensed by Adobe.

I removed the complete CC with the Cloud Cleaner tool but it's still not working. When I log in with another PC, the download of the full version is possible, but I need it on my Laptop for school.

Hey Rayyan, yes, thank you very much, the ”Fix Host File option” in the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool finally did the trick.
