I am a CC user - all my apps show start trial

I was running low on disk space. Lightroom Cache showed that 17+ GB were cached. None had been updated since 2018 so I deleted the cache. Now all my apps show Start Trial. How do I fix this?

I look forward to your answer

Did you deleted Cache.db file from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache ???

No. I only deleted the files in the Lightroom Cache folder.

I have seven CC apps that I use regularly. They all say Start Trial.

The two I need immediately are Lightroom and Photoshop. I am in the middle of an assignment that has a Monday morning deadline.

Help !!!
