Hi,

I am a creative cloud member and I've been paying for it for 2 month but I can't use it and it's driving me crazy!

It downloads all trial versions although I'm a member and the trial expires the day I download it. Then it asks me to buy it!! I don't know what to do.

Make sure you have signed in with correct email address

if the email address is correct then check your host file entries once
