I am a member, how do I reinstall after a system rebuild?

Hi

I need to start again with Creative Cloud: PS BR and LR, following a major hard disk crash.

How do I do this? The Adobe web site asks me to pay again. I already pay monthly, You think it would know that having input my user name and passwork and it saying Hello Howard, which is my real name!

That worked a treat. Probably not something many people need to do but HDD crashes do happen.
