I am a student [need Flash, not Animate, for a class]

hello to all. I am a student at The Art Institute of St. Louis located in St. Charles, Missouri. I am in a class where flash is being taught i know you don't carry it anymore but i can't use Animate to work on my homework it will not work in flash. i would help to have it activated so i can use at home. i have creative cloud and i would like to be able to use at school and at home
