I am facing an issue, trying to install photoshop , after hitting run as administrator on set up file, I am getting a blank tab. Not able to download anything. Can someone help me to resolve this issue?

install the cc desktop app using an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Do you have Creative Cloud app installed? If not then first install it using the link provided in the article below
